How can I buy Silky Gang products?
You can buy all our products most conveniently in our e-shop, where the offer and our stock are also constantly updated. You can also stop by our showroom where you can see mainly our scarves, some jewelry and handbags. To visit, however, it is necessary to make an appointment by email or by phone. Or you can use our business partners who also offer some of our products. Their contact information can be found at the top of this page.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order either by card directly at the e-shop or by payment transfer or have it sent to you on cash on delivery. In the case of cash on delivery, however, you will incur a higher postage fee. Or you can pay for the order in cash or by card when picking it up in our showroom.

What will I pay for postage?
Standard postage in the Czech Republic and Slovakia is CZK 120. Shipping is free for orders over CZK 8,000.
In the case of sending the package cash on delivery, you pay a postage fee of CZK 220. The amount of postage to other countries within the EU or outside the EU appears automatically when you enter the final country for sending the shipment.

How can I collect my shipment?
As standard, we send your orders to the address you specify when ordering on the e-shop. However, you can use the delivery points of the Post Office. Then please enter the name of the Zásikovna delivery point where you would like to forward your order.
It is also possible to pick up your order in our showroom at V Jámě 1. in Prague However, this is not a classic store with fixed opening hours, so please be aware that you will have to agree on the day and time of the delivery of the package according to the possibilities of the showroom´s current opening hours.

How fast can we ship your order?
We try to process your orders as soon as possible. It usually takes 1-4 business days from ordering to sending the order.

Should I register for emails?
If you become a member of our "silk gang", you will receive up-to-date announcements, offers for preferential sales of novelties or advantageous events, which are valid only for you and not for a regular visitor to our site.

Do you want to return the ordered goods or exchange them?
You are entitled to return the ordered goods within 14 days of the delivery of your order. The goods must be unworn, in the original packaging. The return address is

We recommend that you insure the shipment and keep it for a possible claim.
Don´t feel like going to the post office? Then please contact us by email that you want to return the goods. we will send you a label, which you stick on the package and take to the nearest delivery point of the Post Office. In this case, a completed return form must be included in the package. This option is only for delivery within the Czech Republic.
